Kaplan Back with Orioles for Year 6

Elite Performance CoachingBaseball Company EPC SpotlightKaplan Back with Orioles for Year 6

OriolesIt is great to return to the Orioles for a 6th year as Mental Training Coordinator for Minor League Pitching Development. In this capacity I’ll continue to work with all the O’s pitching prospects, helping them to execute with confidence and composure to perform at their best and advance to the next level.

It has been a terrific 5 years working in player development in the Orioles organization. During that time span the Orioles are the winningest team in the American League, including 3 trips to the playoffs and 0 losing seasons. Of course the ultimate prize is to win the World Series for the first time since 1983, and with Mr. Duquette and Buck Showalter leading the way, we hope to do just that!
