Elite Performance CoachingEPC Spotlight golfKaplan Has a Diamond in the Rough!

On September 30, Seth Kaplan, Director of Mental Conditioning for Elite Performance Coaching, worked with Diamond Kinard in her hometown of Rocky Mount, NC. Kinard is a 15-year old, Level 9 gymnast who has dual citizenship (Jamaica) and will be participating in the Jamaican National Team Qualifications on November 4.

“Diamond’s ultimate goal is to represent Jamaica in the Olympics in Tokyo in 2020, but first we have to get her onto the Jamaican National Team. I’ll be working closely with Diamond and her team to take her mental game to the next level so she can execute/perform at her best when it matters most.”
